Benchmarx customer service pack.
Brief:
Create an internal-facing customer service guide for the staff of Benchmarx – and present it in an interesting way.
Response:
‘Step-by-step: improving customer service.’
Matter-of-fact customer service guides can be incredibly dull, which is why I enjoyed the challenge of working on Benchmarx’s guide.
Selecting a rough-and-ready thick card stock, befitting of the staff areas within Benchmarx branches – and suggesting a no-nonsense vector line style of illustration – helped to make the guide more engaging. My aim was to make the piece something that staff might want to keep and refer to, as opposed to simply discard.
